Overview

Conveyancing Career Paralegal | Wiltshire | Up to £30k | Supportive Team

I'm looking to speak with a paralegal with at least a year’s experience in residential conveyancing, interested in joining an established firm with a loyal client base, calm and collaborative working culture, and a solid reputation across Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

• Drafting contract packs
• Ordering searches
• Preparing AP1s and TR1s
• Handling SDLT returns
• Chasing enquiries
• Updating clients and keeping matters moving smoothly
• Providing support on all aspects of residential work (sales, purchases, remortgages, both freehold and leasehold)
• Working closely with experienced fee earners who can support and guide where needed

Team and Environment

The property team is busy and growing, made up of four property fee earners and a small group of paralegals and secretarial staff, all based in a lovely, centrally located office. The firm, around 30 people across Wiltshire, is compact, well run, well respected, and genuinely friendly. There’s a strong track record of internal progression with paralegals taking ownership of their own matters or starting training contracts.
