What will you receive?

Care Assistants pay rates (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay):

  • Day Time £15.69
  • Evening £16.03
  • Weekends £16.81
  • Bank Holidays £23.53
  • 0.35p/mile
Sponsor care assistant:
  • £25,200 annually for a 37.5 hours/ week contract
  • £12.82/ hour overtime, (regular overtime available)
  • 0.35p/mile
Waking nights: (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Weekday £14.01
  • Weekend £15.13
  • Bank Holidays £21.01
Sleep-in: (rate per night, inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Weekday £84.05
  • Weekend £89.66
  • Bank Holidays £126.08
Live-in: (rate per day, inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Low complexity £109.47
  • Medium complexity £136.84
  • High complexity £164.2

In addition to your pay:

  • You will be working for a CQC rated Outstanding company

  • We do a minimum of 1 hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail, hospitality, hairdressers/ beauticians and cleaners.
