New Homes Sales Negotiator - Prestigious Heritage Development
Location: Southsea, Hampshire

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator, Residential Sales Advisor or Estate Agent who is excited to play a key role in the sales of a prestigious heritage development. Blaymires Recruitment represents a specialist property developer with over 40 years of expertise in high-end restoration and complex property development, transforming historic period buildings into contemporary living spaces. The flagship scheme is the redevelopment of the former St James Hospital in Southsea, a landmark project featuring heritage buildings and newly built energy-efficient homes, set within mature parkland and approached via a tree-lined drive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new homes at a prestigious heritage development and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Engage with clients from reservation through to completion, ensuring a smooth progression of sales.
  • Provide excellent presentation and communication with buyers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong administration and organisational skills to support sales activity.
  • Stay flexible, resilient and adaptable under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to support a landmark heritage project.

Hours
  • 5 days per week (Thurs-Mon)
  • 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (including weekends)
