Looking for some extra work over Christmas period? An exciting opportunity to join a leading agency representing a brand-new 31-unit development in Milton, near Didcot. This site is preparing for a highly anticipated show home launch, and we're looking for a polished, motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to take the lead.

You’ll be the face of the development - managing the site independently, converting enquiries into reservations, and guiding buyers through a seamless customer journey from first contact to completion. This role offers genuine room for growth within a supportive and ambitious team, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

A typical day:
  • Opening and presenting the show home to a high standard, ensuring it's always ready for visitors.
  • Managing all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Conducting engaging show home tours, tailoring the experience to each buyer.
  • Qualifying prospects and converting leads into reservations.
  • Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and build teams to progress sales smoothly.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Hosting launch events and supporting marketing initiatives to drive site traffic.
  • Providing consistent aftercare and communication to buyers throughout the process.
