New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager - Birmingham City Centre - Basic salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) with Commission: £1,000 - £2,000 per sale (average £1,500 per sale)

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in Birmingham City Centre?

I am working with a well‑established independent estate agency that is looking to appoint a driven and customer‑focused New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager to support their growing new homes portfolio.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager, you will be acting as the first point of contact for purchasers and guiding them through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities for the New Homes Sales Consultant / Manage:
  • Welcome and assist customers on‑site in a professional manner
  • Qualify buyer requirements and manage the sales process end‑to‑end
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and arrange property viewings
  • Advise purchasers throughout their buying journey
  • Proactively progress sales and build long‑term customer relationships
The New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager must have:
  • Proven experience in new homes sales within the housebuilding sector
  • Strong sales drive with a customer‑focused approach
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Professional, well‑presented, and highly motivated
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
  • Every other Saturday (no day off in lieu)

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
