Are you an experienced New Homes Sales professional looking to join a respected national housebuilder? We’re looking for a confident, customer‑focused New Homes Sales Advisor to represent a high‑profile development in Leicestershire.

About the Role

As the face of the development, you will :

  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Showcase the development, homes, and specification with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion
  • Maintain a high level of site presentation and marketing suite standards
  • Work closely with build and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining compliance and accuracy with all paperwork
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous new homes sales experience is essential
