Awareness of clients' commercial needs and ability to tailor advice.

Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts accordingly.

Capable of drafting complex, bespoke, or unprecedented documentation.

Knowledgeable about document requirements for various matters.

Has a comprehensive understanding of most aspects of legal matters and tactical awareness.

Can supervise a team in preparing documentation.

Reliable and able to deliver technical legal work and excellent service independently.
