Your Purpose:
As a New Business Manager, your mission is to identify, scope, and secure distribution of our brands within Plymouth, Cornwall & West Devon, and the surrounding areas. You will work as part of a dynamic team to elevate the Molson Coors Beverage Company, forge new business relationships, and engage with our customers and consumers in a fast-paced environment.
We are eager to connect with exceptional sales professionals who have prior experience in beverages or consumer goods. Your ability to influence key customers and decision makers, while demonstrating vast commercial and financial awareness, is essential.


Key Responsibilities
• Identify Key Opportunities: Pinpoint major new business prospects for the regional team, focusing on large accounts (classified by CGA beer volume size), and foster long-term relationships.
• Implement Best Practices: Develop, input, and maintain best practices across the wider team to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Execute Sales Priorities: Plan and implement sales priorities set by the Regional On Trade Director to achieve brand distribution targets, volume goals, and account contributions.
• Enhance Molson Coors Profile: Raise our profile within the South regions by networking with key opinion leaders and securing visibility in influential venues.
• Negotiate Long-Term Deals: Once new business opportunities are identified, create new profit streams through effective negotiation of long-term deals.
