The Role

As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients. This is a client-facing role requiring a proactive approach to business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and approach prospective clients across target markets.
  • Generate new business leads and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and promote RAD Propulsion products and solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Build brand awareness with leading volume boat builders.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to support the brand and build connections.

About You

This role would suit someone with:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and business development acumen.
  • The ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to generating opportunities.
  • A background in, or knowledge of, the marine industry (preferred but not essential).
