About the job New Business Development Manager

Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a leading and growing contract manufacturer, recruiting for a New Business Development Manager

This role would be well-suited to someone who relishes a challenge and derives satisfaction from achieving results through ingenuity and determination. Working with qualified prospects, generated from the sales development team, you will liaise with the prospect client to discern their goals, understand their target demographic, collaborate with the technical team to devise formulations, and source unique packaging. You are tasked with working with the teams to devise a solution closely aligning with the client's objectives and advising them on possible outcomes. You will also be instrumental in creating the product samples, tasting and evaluating them yourself, and in conjunction with the supply chain team, generating cost-effective pricing that aligns with the client's objectives. Subsequent, it will be your duty to negotiate the deal to closure, from which point the client is yours. You'll be persistent and forthright in doing this. You will then nurture this relationship over time, staying engaged to comprehend their regular operations and identifying ways to present innovative ideas and business proposals for manufacture.
