Responsibilities

  • Research and prioritise target accounts from a pre-defined list.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities.
  • Open and onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify and engage White Space prospects.
  • Develop target account plans to secure vendor funding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless handover.
  • Create initial account development plans to drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Innovate with bespoke solutions to address partner challenges.
  • Identify and open incremental opportunities such as 3PL and services.

The Job Role As a Business Development Executive - New Business, you will be responsible for identifying, opening, and developing new partner accounts within the SMB space. Your focus will be on partners with the potential to invoice up to £1,000,000, helping them grow through Westcoast's portfolio of hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions. You'll work with a pre-defined list of prospects at various stages of their IT journey, whether they're selling through other distributors, working with alternative vendors, or looking to diversify into hardware sales.

Responsibilities
