What you’ll do:

• Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network‑related issues
• Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across multi‑site school environments
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
