We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full lifecycle of each solution. Your Role

Join our dynamic Network Operations Centre (NOC) and play a key,a role in shaping the future of enterprise connectivity and security. You'll work alongside passionate Network Analysts, tackling complex challenges and driving innovation across cutting‑edge technologies like SD‑급, Wireless LAN, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions‑including Fortinet SASE and other industry leaders.

Your skills and experience

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment and brings:

• Enterprise networking experience, backed by relevant technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto NSP)
• Hands‑on expertise with Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower).
• Strong knowledge of SD‑WAN technologies and familiarity with SASE frameworks, including Fortinet SASE and other leading solutions.
• Expertise in core networking areas such as LAN/WAN, VPN, MPLS, network segmentation, VLAN configuration, QoS, and advanced routing and switching. Familiarity with network security principles, load balancing, and integration with cloud networking solutions is highly desirable.
