Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot network issues across hardware, software, and connectivity environments.
• Assist with configuring, installing and testing routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
• Monitor network performance and contribute to improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of security measures including VPNs, firewalls and intrusion detection.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal teams on technical projects.

What Experience Is Required

• Strong background in enterprise networking with hands‑on experience across routing, switching and wireless technologies.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper or similar.
• CCNA certification (mandatory) and proven ability to diagnose and solve complex network issues.
