Now Hiring: Network Engineer (DV Cleared)

Location: UK-Based Facility (Onsite 4-5 Days/Week)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Type: Permanent

Clearance Required: Active DV Clearance

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
• Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
• Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
• Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
• Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records

What You Bring

• DV Clearance - Essential
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP - Strongly preferred
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, Data Centre (DC)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems
