A healthcare provider in Ormskirk seeks a motivated Administrative Officer to support the Children's Therapy Service. We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Officer to support the Children's Therapy Service across the Central and West Locality. Based at Ormskirk General Hospital, the post holder will provide administrative cover across all of the Children's Therapy Teams, supporting both planned and unplanned absences. Flexibility to work at other sites is essential to meet the needs of the service.
This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including booking appointments using RIO/EMIS, answering telephone enquiries from service users, managing waiting lists, and liaising with clinical staff. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a confidential, efficient, and high‑quality administrative service.
