Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GHG emissions calculations and reporting protocols, particularly Scope 3.
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects across a multi-faceted organisation.
• Proven ability to drive change management and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex sustainability issues clearly.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborative team player, able to work with subject matter experts in technical delivery, procurement, and product development.
• Experience in Facilities Management or a related sector is advantageous.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to influence behaviours to deliver sustainability outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop carbon reduction opportunities to enhance environmental and social sustainability across services.
• Plan, implement, and manage sustainability projects including EV charging and fleet upgrades.
• Work with procurement and supply chain teams to drive sustainability improvements.
• Create and share sustainability playbooks and toolkits tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate and report on carbon reduction projects, providing updates and flagging issues.
• Support ESG reporting and develop dashboards for tracking sustainability performance.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Analyse data to assess project impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate sustainability goals into operations and strategic planning.
