Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly accomplished New Logo Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition for our ERP solutions in the manufacturing and distribution sector. This role is a pure hunter position, focused on identifying, pursuing, and winning new mid‑market customers. The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions, a strong consultative sales approach, and a proven record of consistently exceeding new logo targets.

This is a senior role where your impact will be immense for our UKI region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Execution: Design and implement a winning new business sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Marketing support: Represent Syspro at regular marketing planned events to help drive quality leads which you will then own and follow up.
  • Sales Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up to date account and opportunity information in HubSpot.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Lead complex sales processes end‑to‑end, engaging cross‑functional teams—our partners, pre‑sales, marketing, services and beyond to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • C‑suite Influence: Deliver compelling presentations to C‑level executives, clearly demonstrating why Syspro delivers against their priorities better than anyone else.
  • Industry Proficient: Ensuring you have the knowledge about manufacturing and distribution in UKI is essential, and your goal is to become a trusted advisor for your prospects.
  • Solution Proficient: Learning how and why our technology delivers real value and makes us the right choice for prospects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified in MEDDICC/Challenger Sales methodology or similar.
Essential Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in net new sales.
  • Experience in selling complex software (ERP, SaaS, Manufacturing, or Distribution strongly preferred).
  • Proven success in closing out net new logos and consistently hitting targets.
  • A team player, who will inspire, motivate, mentor and guide the people who support in the sales process.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Manufacturing and Distribution Sector is a huge advantage.
  • Finance/ERP knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth, transformation‑driven environment.
