A leading FMCG company is offering a 2-year Technical Leadership Graduate Scheme in the UK. This immersive program includes rotations through various operational areas, hands-on projects, and skills in project management, process improvement, and technical capabilities. Ideal candidates must hold a degree and have the right to work in the UK without limitations. The role also emphasizes adaptability and collaboration across diverse teams.
When you join Nestlé's Technical Leadership Graduate Scheme you will embark on a fantastic 2‑year journey, rotating through two 12‑month placements across our UK factories. These placements allow you to explore various operational areas and work across multiple product categories – think KitKat, Nescafé, Purina and more. You will work on continuous improvement projects, gaining hands‑on experience and making a real impact to drive efficiencies across our factory operations. Throughout your journey you will receive expert guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, supporting you to evolve your career and see the impact of your efforts here at Nestlé.
You must have the right to work in the UK that is not time‑limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route at the start or completion of the scheme. A degree – any subject and any grade – is required, and you must be mobile across the UK. Commitment to the scheme and willingness to learn are essential.
The recruitment journey starts when you click “apply.” You will answer a brief eligibility questionnaire, then complete an online assessment (practice available). Selected candidates will be invited to an assessment day in February or March 2026. We may close the advert early if sufficient applicants are received, so please apply promptly.
At Nestlé, our values are rooted in respect for our employees, customers, and consumers. We champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunity for all and collecting relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process.
