• Experience in housing and tenancy management with knowledge of housing legislation.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners.
• Be the main contact for customers regarding ASB complaints and tenancy management.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience focusing on safety and wellbeing.

Skills

Strong background in housing and tenancy management

Understanding of housing legislation and regulatory requirements

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Full UK driving licence

Self-motivated and independent

Education

Diploma in Housing / Foundation degree from CIB / Level 3 in Housing Management
