NEC4 Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NEC4 Project Manager to join a local authority in South Wales working on a remedial and protective works scheme.

The main duties of the NEC4 Project Manager are:
·Provide professional services in accordance with the Project Manager role under NEC4
·Assist with the Tender Assessment process
·Manage the works during the construction phase of the works in accordance with NEC4 Option A and administration as required in accordance with the role
·Attend scheduled and ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Client
·Manage the Quantity Surveyor & Construction Supervisor throughout the duration of the Contract and the works

The NEC4 Project Manager will have key experience in:
·Working on NEC4 Projects
·Experience working within a local authority

This role requires the successful candidate in the offices a minimum of 3 days per week.
