Role

Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success, we are looking for Senior Project Managers who are NEC3 and NEC4 accredited to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects. You will help mentor and develop the next generation of Project Managers. This role is based in our London office and you will likely work with colleagues and client teams across London and the South-East. A hybrid working pattern is expected depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver infrastructure projects and programmes across the project lifecycle, including project management principles, client objectives, contract management, leadership and teamwork, financial management and project controls, and health, safety, quality and environmental management.
  • Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a current Project Manager role or in a recent equivalent role (within the last 12 months).
  • Develop and lead project teams, including managing several work streams and coordinating with senior client representatives.
  • Engage in stakeholder management, build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients, and work effectively with diverse partner organisations.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills to translate complex problems into delivery-ready solutions.
  • Maintain drive and commitment to achieve solutions, including the ability to work under pressure and motivate others.
  • Demonstrate planning, communication and organisational skills across multiple work streams.
  • Foster a growth mindset with creative and curious approaches to delivery.
Beneficial Experience
  • Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts.
  • Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects.
  • Experience of consultancy or client-side project management.
  • Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is essential.
  • Degree or HND in management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional affiliation or near-qualified status with APM, ICE, or similar professional institution.
  • Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP).
