Rotating Day / Late / Night - Monday - Friday

Salary: £18.54p / hr (£35.6k)

We are looking for an experienced NDT technician who knows their way around visual, dimensional & fluorescent penetrant inspection techniques. To join a busy and expanding aerospace company that is leading the way in Leicester.

The main responsibilities for this role will have you carrying out visual, dimensional, airflow & fluorescent penetrant inspections on industrial & aerospace components, along with carrying out your standard inspections using micrometers, verniers, CMM operating etc.

Rotating shift times

• Days (Mon to Thurs 05 : 45 - 13 : 45, Friday 05 : 45-10 : 45)
• Late (Mon to Thurs 13 : 45 - 21 : 45, Fridays 10 : 45 - 15 : 45)
• Night (Mon to Thursday 21 : 45 - 05 : 45, Friday 15 : 45 - 20 : 45)

Your initial training is on fixed days (average 2 - 4 weeks), then moved to the rotating shift pattern. While training you will be on £15.32 then once on rotating pattern moved up to £18.54.

What is needed from you?

• FPI certification either level 1 or level 2.
• Previous experience as an NDT inspector.
