Exciting new opportunity for an experienced results‑driven Sales Manager to lead a team of Key Account Managers across the UK selling an Oncology portfolio. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on sales management, driving regional performance, market share growth, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have oncology experience, proven people‑management skills, and the ability to operate cross‑functionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Business Unit Director to develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with national business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption and execution of marketing initiatives, dedicating two days per week to contribute to campaign development, brand planning, and tactical execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, payers, and decision‑makers within the oncology sector.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure team compliance with ABPI Code of Practice, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams to maximise brand impact.
  • Deliver high‑quality field visits, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously enhance team capability.
