A leading automotive group in the UK is seeking a National Performance Manager to oversee performance across a network of over 80 centres. The TPS team within One Aftersales are recruiting for a National Performance Manager on a full time, permanent basis. TPS are one of the three largest parts retailers in the UK. The National Performance Manager is responsible for driving our network of 80+ centres with over 1,600 employees to deliver the budgeted TPS sales result through a team of Regional Performance Managers and National Account Managers. You will implement all strategic and tactical activities across the TPS network and ensure performance delivery is maximised in all regions and National Account customers through both Mechanical and Accident sales channels.
