Epson is looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to work with a key portfolio of Retail customers and partners. You will craft and execute a winning sales strategy, analyze data to understand sales drivers, and collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
What you will do
- Champion the full range of Epson products to boost sales and expand into key markets.
- Set and smash quarterly targets for your accounts and product range.
- Craft and execute a sales plan to manage your customer portfolio like a pro.
- Collaborate with partners to create account plans and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Gather sales data from partners to identify top customers for Epson sales action.
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline, passing key leads to the right specialists and account managers.
- Maximise potential by collaborating with corporate and vertical account managers for even bigger wins.
- Collaborate on quarterly business plans and uncover new marketing opportunities.
- Manage and execute targeted promos based on customer and Epson needs.
- Track ROI on partner-led campaigns.
- Ensure smooth rollout of Epson's core marketing campaigns.
Communication and Reporting
- Support forecasting with accurate data and insights for EEB/EMD.
- Gather competitive market info and provide feedback for promotions.
- Manage CRM initiatives as needed.
- Maintain and review Epson's Partner Programme, ensuring partners meet criteria.
- Hit targets for signed partners.
- Present regular reports (portfolio, opportunities, Sales MDF ROI).
- Identify customer case studies for internal/external use.
- Coordinate support from other departments for specified accounts.
- Collaborate with vertical sales managers to drive Epson's sales.
- Work with the European team on pan-EMEAR opportunities and target accounts.
Qualifications
- Preferably experienced in direct Retail account management.
- Proven success with large B2C accounts.
