About Our Client

They are a highly regarded Dubai family. I have worked with them in the UK supporting with the recruitment of their London home. They have a very well known business in the UAE and other parts of the Middle East. This role will be integral with the support of their 13 year old daughter. This is more of a role as a mentor than strictly a Nanny. You will however be expected to have experience working with and mentoring teenagers in some capacity and an enhanced DBS check will be required before starting this position.

Job Description

• Drive her to and from school
• Offer positive life mentorship around friendships, life goals, organisation
• Help coordinate her schedule and keep this smooth
• Liaise with her parents around her travel plans, schooling and extra curricular activities, notably horse riding
• Encourage her with confidence and also be that confidante at times too
• A passion for horses is a definite plus but not an absolute requirement

The Successful Applicant

• Want to relocate to Dubai
• Experienced with teens, perhaps from a psychology, teaching, or youth coaching background, or even an au pair. References will be vital for role
• Flexible, discreet, warm, calm, professional
• Able to travel with the family
