The Governors seek to appoint a teaching assistant to work with a Year 3 pupil. The vacancy is a named pupil contract and this position is for five mornings per week. The pupil is working in class. The role would be to become part of the Year 3 team, working with the named pupil and others in the class when the pupil is being supported by the class teacher or another adult. The pupil has gaps in their knowledge and skills in core subjects, making the Year 3 curriculum difficult for them to access. They also need significant support in staying on task.
