Overview

We are Ukrainian international brand PIED-DE-POULE, a chain of beauty salons. We are looking for a master of nail service who is passionate about delivering high-quality manicure and creating a sense of style for our clients.

You should feel responsible for your guest's nails not just today, but for the long term. You may not have a lot of experience, but you have the basic knowledge, you are very attentive and careful. Getting the perfect manicure is your passion, and you are a professional with an exceptional sense of taste. If you are enthusiastic about your profession and want to earn at the top end of the market, we invite you to interview with us.

We will provide you with many clients and a large marketing department to support you. Your job is to make clients happy with the service, convert them into regulars, and encourage them to recommend us to their family. You will have access to modern tools and leading brands of cosmetics (excluding personal tools). Many masters grow quickly with us and build a solid client base and income through systematic improvement of skills, qualifications, and customer service knowledge. Within the company we teach this. Monthly, your director will provide you with productivity indicators, including guest return rates.

Terms:

• We offer a starting rate to help you build your client base and transition smoothly to the role.
• The amount of the rate, and later the percentage, is negotiated at the interview.
• You may pass a test work to create a personal file describing your strengths and weaknesses. Depending on your level, you may receive:
• If you are strong and experienced, the maximum percentage.
• If your level is average, a training plan for the next year.
• If you are just starting, you may become an assistant to a top master and learn for free.

Work schedule: 2/2 from 9:00 to 21:00, with possible consideration of an individual schedule discussed at the interview.
