Position Summary

Why join our team? This role sits within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, a central function that ensures products move smoothly from order through to delivery. Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Execute the weekly SCM cycle, including structured daily tasks such as reporting, system updates, stock checks, order creation, and booking alerts.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and delivery schedules (RDDs), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and analysis (billing, CPFR, stock, pricing) to support decision-making and business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  • Respond to and resolve ad hoc queries relating to data, POs, and deliveries.
  • Contribute to key projects and initiatives, such as product launches and process improvements.
  • Support with month-end, quarterly pricing updates, and finance/billing management.
  • Provide cover during holiday and sickness periods to maintain operational continuity.
