Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS preferred, but strong unqualified Music Teachers considered.
• Experience with SEMH, SEN or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
• Calm, patient and resilient.
• Able to differentiate and adapt teaching for varied learning needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Music across Key Stages 3-4 in a SEMH environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
• Build positive relationships and support students' academic and personal development.
