Pay: M1-M4 (Outer/Fringe London), paid to scale - salary or daily rate equivalent
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, temporary or permanent
Location: Redbridge / Dagenham

Empowering Learning are recruiting a dedicated Music Teacher for a welcoming secondary school in the Redbridge/Dagenham area. This full-time Music Teacher role is available ASAP and offers strong support, excellent facilities, and a committed performing arts department.

The school delivers a broad, engaging Music curriculum with a focus on creativity, progression, and high-quality teaching. You'll teach Music across KS3-KS5, support performance opportunities, and help develop the department's wider enrichment offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Music teaching across KS3-KS5
  • Plan and teach a structured Music curriculum that supports progress and achievement
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and clear classroom routines
  • Support extra-curricular opportunities including performances, rehearsals, and enrichment
