Qualifications

• Time-served Fabric engineer with maintenance background.
• Sound knowledge of safety documentation and procedures.
• Legionella Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of Reactive Works orders and PPMs within SLAs and KPIs.
• Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability.
• Support the site supervisor with an integrated approach for service delivery.
