The role

We’re looking for aMulti-Disciplinary Designerto join our London team.

(Even if you are not London-based, we would expect you to be in the office 3 days of the week).

This role suits a designer who is already comfortable working acrossmore than one design discipline, and who enjoys applying strong fundamentals across a range of outputs, from brand and campaign work to digital and presentation design.

You’ll work closely with senior designers, project managers, and clients, contributing to projects that require bothcraft and pace.

What you’ll be working on

Depending on the project, your work may include:

  • Brand identities and visual systems
  • Campaign assets (social, digital, display)
  • Digital design (websites, landing pages, UI layouts)
  • Presentation decks and visual storytelling
  • Print and experiential assets
  • Motion or interactive elements (where relevant)

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to move between formats while maintaining consistency and quality.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be strong inmore than one areaand comfortable adapting.

Experience & requirements
  • Strong written and spokenEnglish, with confidence communicating ideas to clients and team members
  • Degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstratingreal, delivered work, with particular strength in layout and typography
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craft
  • Good time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions
  • A professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work
Tools & skills
  • Proficiency inFigmaandAdobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing for bothdigital and printcontexts
  • Motion design, video editing, or 3D experience is abonus, not a requirement
  • Familiarity with web platforms such asWix Studio or Shopifyis helpful
