A large national Property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to be based at a large mobile site in and around the Coalville area. This is a permanent, full-time role on a mobile basis with salary of £36,000 plus a company van and fuel card, benefits. The Multi Trader will join an established maintenance team operating across social housing properties in the Coalville area.
Job description: Multi Traders to join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area. Multi Trade Plaster, Carpenter, Plumber, NVQ level 2 trade qualification driving license; social housing experience would be ideal. Multi-trade experience includes groundworks, plumbing, plastering, general maintenance, etc. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include: groundworks, tiling, plastering, plumbing, painting & decorating, carpentry, joinery. You’ll be expected to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
