A national property maintenance company is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a permanent full-time position in Coalville. The role involves varied maintenance tasks including groundworks, plastering, plumbing, and more. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 qualifications and experience in multiple trades, along with strong customer service skills and a valid UK driving license.

We are looking to recruit a Multi Trader operative to join our team. Working across Coalville.
Multi Traders to join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area.
Multi Trade Plaster, Carpenter, Plumber, NVQ level 2 trade qualification driving license social housing would be ideal Multi trade experience - groundworks, plumbing, plastering, general maintenance etc
You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include:
You'll be expected to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
Requirements: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognized trade; Full UK Driving License; Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades; Strong customer service skills and a professional approach; Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations; DBS check at offer stage; You must have your own tools and hold a valid full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
