A leading UK property maintenance company is looking for a qualified tradesperson to carry out reactive and preventative repairs in occupied homes. Candidates must have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade and experience handling disrepair cases. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This role offers a yearly salary between £35,001 and £40,000, and provides opportunities to grow and develop within a supportive environment.
Carry out reactive and preventative repairs in occupied homes.
