Overview

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team. The role covers Tottenham, Haringey and surrounding areas and requires delivering a first-class service to our properties.

Location: Tottenham, Haringey

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 per year, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Weighting Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all aspects of the operative’s specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Work efficiently to meet required deadlines and maintain a high standard of service for properties in the designated area.
• Provide good customer care and a professional approach in all interactions with tenants and property stakeholders.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Trade Operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting; other trades are desirable.
• Experience in repairing and fitting UPVC and wooden sash windows is desirable.
• Valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Be eligible to work in the UK (Clarion cannot offer visa sponsorship); residency in England or Wales for the duration of employment may be required.
