Multi Trade Operative – Carpenter – East Grinstead

Location: East Grinstead & South Croydon, West Sussex, UK – RH19 1

Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs covering East Grinstead, South Croydon and surrounding areas.
• Provide first‑class service to our properties and deliver work efficiently, meeting required deadlines.
• Use your specialist carpentry skills as well as skills in other trades to complete tasks.
• Follow company guidelines and maintain high customer care standards.

Key Requirements

• Experienced carpenter with skills in other trades.
• Valid UK driving licence – company vehicle provided for work use only.
• Eligible to work in the UK; must be based in England or Wales for employment duration.
• Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
