Overview

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

Location: Camden and Haringey

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Role

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our Leak, condensation, damp and mould team. You will deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Camden and Haringey and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of the trades, and any secondary trades.
• Work efficiently to complete tasks within required deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Trade Operative with knowledge of leaks, condensation, damp and mould treatment and good customer care skills.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence; company vehicle is provided for work use only.
• Post subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.

Additional Information

As an operative in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
