We're on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to work. If you're experienced, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is your chance to be part of a rewarding project that makes a real difference in local communities.

Responsibilities
  • Basic joinery and plumbing tasks
  • Fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a quality standard
  • Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance on residential properties
  • Working to a high standard to ensure properties are safe and functional
  • Repair walls, ceilings, roofs, and floors
  • Install signage, fencing, gates, or minor structural works
  • Assist in refurbishment or renovation projects
Important information
  • Must be flexible to work across different sites
  • Managing your workload effectively across different sites
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent
  • Report any major defects or maintenance issues to supervisors
  • Use tools, machinery, and materials safely and effectively
