Overview

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Cornwall to work on social housing properties, mainly planned works with some response and voids. The patch covers from St Austell/Newquay down to the bottom end of Cornwall.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties


• Completing a variety of works in various trades


• Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.


• Able to rip out and refit full kitchens and bathrooms


• Driving a company van safely


• Reporting to your supervisor


• Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease

Requirements

• Good multi trade experience


• Previous experience working within social housing


• NVQ or equivalent in a trade i.e. Carpentry or Plumbing


• Good attitude


• Honest and reliable


• Full UK driving license


• DBS check will be completed for successful candidate

Salary and Benefits

Salary: GBP 34,000 – 36,000 per annum, plus a company van, fuel card and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. Salary is dependent on qualifications and may increase after probation.
