A healthcare organization in England is seeking a Learning & Development professional to join their Mandatory and Essential Skills Training team. The role avoids requiring traditional education backgrounds but focuses on training delivery for healthcare staff. The ideal candidate should demonstrate teaching experience, an innovative mindset, and the ability to engage with a diverse workforce. Attractive benefits and a supportive environment are provided, aimed at empowering others and enhancing care standards.
Interested in supporting staff with developing practical hands‑on skills that they require to be safe and effective in their roles? Then we are very pleased to be able to offer this opportunity to join our Mandatory and Essential Skills Training team.
While we are looking for someone who has some experience of teaching or training, this role does not necessarily require a background in education as you will be working with an established team. It would suit someone with a flexible and naturally curious approach who is looking for a training and development role that directly supports delivery of healthcare services.
A good candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage, support, motivate and lead others to deliver high quality care.
An excellent candidate will be able to demonstrate their professionalism and innovative attitude to challenges in the workplace, and a commitment to empowering others.
