Multi Skilled Production Operative

Location: Northampton

Total Working Hours/Week: 42

Salary Range: £32,398 - £38,117

Shift Pattern:

• Shift 1 - 4 days on and 4 days off 06:00-18:00
• Shift 2 - 4 days on and 4 days off 06:00-18:00
• Shift 3 - 4 nights on and 4 nights off 18:00-06:00
• Shift 4 - 4 nights on and 4 nights off 18:00-06:00

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks within the production operative role, ensuring 100% compliance after full training
• Maintain health and safety standards and good manufacturing practices
• Ensure compliance with site systems such as ISO 9002, HACCP, Health & Safety policies, environmental standards, and Investors in People
• Support operational improvements and identify efficiencies
• Minimize product wastage and reduce the need for remixes
• Perform additional reasonable management requests
