We are seeking a highly motivated Plumber to help us serve our sites. Bring your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on‑time, in budget and as instructed.

What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Experience in FM with a background in retail and public building sectors.
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Handyman experience preferred.
  • Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.
  • ECS/CSCS Card certification preferred.
  • IPAF & BAND certifications preferred.
  • Prioritize safety and quality in all your work.
  • Meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
  • Participate in a weekly on‑call rota (Monday to Monday) with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks.
  • Bring a passion for exceptional customer services.
  • Always represent the company professionally and courteously.
  • Flexibility, as some out‑of‑hours work may be necessary.
In return, you’ll receive:
  • Basic Salary of £32,000 per annum (£15.38 per hour). (overtime available if wanted)

  • A on‑call Standby payment of £75.00 – Any callouts received paid door to door at overtime rate
