White Label is representing an engineering and manufacturing business based in Bolton who require a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repair, and condition monitoring of plant and equipment.
  • Handle both electrical and mechanical maintenance issues across the factory.
  • Work with operations staff on engineering-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to machinery and equipment to improve reliability and reduce costs.
  • Support daily production meetings by providing updates on machine status, reliability, and performance.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
  • Contribute to Six Sigma activities and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and risk assessment procedures.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in maintenance within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, motors or similar.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance tools and techniques.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
