About the Company

Our client is a small independent residential lettings and property management company based in Didsbury with properties throughout South Manchester. They understand the needs of landlords and tenants and without exception strive to offer the highest quality rental accommodation to both students and professionals.

What we need from you!

• Experience in property maintenance, e.g. painting, plastering, joinery, brickwork, tiling, leaks, damp issues, gardening with a solid understanding of systems, repairs and upkeep.
• Experience with tenanted properties preferred.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Strong investigative skills and the ability to accurately diagnose maintenance issues.
• Whilst you will primarily work Monday‑Friday you will embrace a flexible approach and may involve weekend working/call‑outs.
• A full clean UK driving licence is a must!
• Organisation & Time Management – you will be managing multiple priorities and work within tight timelines, so great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is vital.
• Good customer service and communication – you will be dealing with tenants daily which will require a professional approach and a can‑do attitude.
• Technically savvy to use our software systems and keep accurate records.
