Job description

Are you a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where proactive maintenance and continuous improvement are key?

We're looking for a hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Engineer to support our engineering and production teams in maintaining and improving equipment reliability and performance. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering both reactive and preventative maintenance while contributing to ongoing engineering projects that drive site efficiency.

You'll be involved in a wide range of engineering tasks — mechanical, electrical, and possibly automation — so a flexible, problem‑solving mindset is essential. You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support capital improvement projects where needed.

We're looking for someone with solid experience in FMCG, food, drink or manufacturing, who is confident working across multiple disciplines. You should have a good understanding of preventative maintenance systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
