Job summary

A leading FM service provider in London is seeking a Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer with electrical bias to perform essential building maintenance in a commercial environment. The ideal candidate must be City & Guilds qualified and have a track record in commercial maintenance. This position offers £26 per hour, with working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
• Must possess City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
• Ability to produce trade certificates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
• Perform emergency lighting tests and control panel maintenance.
• Monitor BMS systems and maintain log books.

Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) - FM Service Provider - London - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Westminster. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours

Monday - Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm

Foot Mobile - £26 per hour depending on experience

Temp ongoing

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Electrically or mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
