A family-run maintenance provider in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner/Technician. You will deliver high-quality reactive and planned works while representing the company onsite. The ideal candidate has a full UK driving licence and experience in FM, retail, or public buildings. About the Role

We\'re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run maintenance and compliance provider working across local authority, education, retail and private sectors. They\'re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner/Technician to deliver high-quality reactive and planned works while acting as the friendly, professional face of the business on site.

Hours: 40 hour week, Mon to Fri

Requirements
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction trade (desirable)
  • Experience in FM, retail or public buildings (desirable)
  • Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive works
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
